This is the just kill achievement that isn't environmental. Kill Hitler with the goulash (Target Führer DLC)

For this accomplishment, you must locate a pot of stew in the banquet hall and booby-trap information technology (hold ). In one case done, just expect and he will eventually enter this room and stir the pot, thus triggering the explosion.
